How to Score the 7 Pillars (HHHHHMM)
Hurt: Is pain controlled? Can they breathe easily?
Hunger: Are they eating enough? Do they need hand-feeding?
Hydration: Are they drinking? Check for dehydration.
Hygiene: Can they stay clean? Any accidents?
Happiness: Do they show joy and interest in family?
Mobility: Can they get up and move without help?
